Review on Ello Devon Glass Tumbler Straw by Matthew Goozmer

Exactly as described but slightly smaller than expected. I'm writing this review because many have complained about the smell coming from the cork (silicone?) that holds the lid in place. A very simple fix I learned from the silicone gasket on my Instant Pot is to place the gasket or cork (I left wood) in a ziplock bag with some baking soda - maybe about 3/4 cup - I have not measured - I just pour it until the ring was dipped in baking soda and then seal it and leave it alone for a couple of days. I can't remember how long it took (maybe 3 days) and the smell was completely gone and odorless! When I couldn't feel anything anymore, I fished it out and washed it off. No big deal - works great and has no aftertaste!
