Great product and customer service! Will definitely recommend this company to my friends. The package was delivered quickly, the support is very responsive and friendly. I had an issue that my speaker was just out of date (2004) and within 24 hours I received replies with more information and tips on other things to try. My Bose speaker now connects to my phone and sounds amazing! I'm glad I didn't have to replace it!
