It works very well My granddaughter is teething , but damn it's hard to open. Please, everyone with power and authority in this company, please change the packaging so that I can open this thing without poking a hole in the top with a sharp object and ripping off small pieces of plastic that I hope won't fall back . Gel. This is absolutely ridiculous! The plastic tab to be used to open the seal is simply torn off without the seal.
