Not only does it not charge at all as stated in the first 1 star review but it also advertises in the photos that the flexible neck length is adjustable up to 8 inches and * it does * not customize at all. Even when the screen was completely off, it wouldn't charge. It was used with an iPhone 12 Pro with a black Apple-branded silicone MagSafe case. The car they tried to use it with is a 2021 Audi Q3. In this case, he didn't do anything with the cigarette lighter, which is the only good thing. If it were possible to give fewer stars, it would be!
