Review on 🔄 Swivel Head Collets - Gyros 97 01818 by Josh Chenier

Collet won't hold the smallest #80 bit in my gyros drill set. Emailed Gyros customer service and exchanged a few emails. It didn't impress me. They stated that it should work, but didn't suggest any further steps. I then called and explained that the small collet was defective, which I could see under a magnifying glass. I sent photos. They then said they didn't think it was the smallest collet in the set. Eventually I sent them photos of all 4 ends and asked them to send a new set if they were still unsure which one was bad. The grips appear to be good, but the support team are confident that there wasn't enough time at stake for such a small dollar amount. I expect them to send me new collets and that will all be sorted out. Update 4/22/21 - Gyros sent me a new pin vise. He had the same problem: none of the collets could hold the #80 drill. I asked them to send me a new collet which they confirmed worked perfectly but instead they said I was using the wrong collet. I am returning the product and correcting the rating slightly.
