4 stars because the quality, workmanship, material and strength of the nib are first class. Minus one star as it's hard to know what it does and doesn't do and it leaves the nut open to the weather. Note for 2008 Town & Country: The round hole in the lever is too small and will NOT fit. . I have a 2008 and had to drill a bigger hole. It's fairly easy to make - the metal is lightweight cast aluminum, so I was able to drill through it with regular bits (large diameter) and a DeWalt battery-powered drill. Otherwise it is a good replacement and length. I don't like that there is no cap to cover the open nut like there is on the OEM. One thing I didn't expect is that the OEM wiper has a built in blade clip so you can't just reuse your current blade with that spare hand. You can buy a regular 16 inch knife with a clamp adapter and it will work just fine. I bought a Bosch knife.
