I like how user-friendly it is overall. It's pretty intuitive if your familiar with other programs such as MS Word or Excel etc., but there may be some functions that are not well explained in their training material (which seems rather basic). The customer service was friendly enough and very helpful when we had any questions about using this software during our demo session. They helped us figure out what features worked best for our business needs! If all else fails they also offer live technical support at no additional cost via phone call / Live Chat/ email which can save time from having to schedule an appointment just so someone could walk through setting up something simple. We've been able to automate several processes of ours within SmartOffice including proposals & contracts, invoices, quotes which have saved considerable amount of man hours.
