Initially the crystals were very difficult and time consuming to install. We built a tool with a round base and a "short rod" that we attached to the round base. We attached a metal ring to the pole to keep it from moving. When assembling the crystals, you must proceed in reverse, starting with the longest crystals D, C, B and finally crystals A. I used two small pliers to separate the small rings and attach them to the base. Once I installed this system, assembly was quick and easy. Once assembled the trailers are great and well worth the time and effort to put them together. If I could attach a photo of the process I would be happy to do so.
