For a cheap keyboard, this is functionality well done. If you're having trouble with Bluetooth, it's nice to have an easy USB connection. If you use games or other applications that require you to change the function (fn) keys, you will love this keyboard. On multi-device keyboards, using Bluetooth via function keys to connect to three different devices simply renders the F1-F3 keys inoperable except for limited tasks. It got to the point where I couldn't use these new keyboards for gaming anymore. Also, some Bluetooth keyboards, even Apple's, cannot connect when multiple USB ports are in close proximity. This is a problem when you have multiple peripherals like hard drives, printers, etc. Simple and basic functions work best - consistent, reliable, convenient.
