Grid straight and flat
This hob is simple but very stylish. Reasonable price. Stainless steel is difficult to remove but easy to clean after spills and cooking. The grates don't have a lot of flex, so they're easy to clean and dishwasher safe - a big help. One point that can be improved is that the handles should be stainless steel. They are made of plastic, so you have to be very careful not to scratch them when cleaning them. And the handles when cooking get very dirty with oil and the like. My half solution is to lightly cover them while cooking.
