Recently received this microwave oven. The first thing I noticed was that the box was damaged. Then I see a "tearable" sticker on the top of the box along with what appears to be "plywood" along the main seam. I open the box and notice that the power cord isn't wrapped (with a zip tie) - it's just lying loose in the box. I open the microwave door and notice that the cardboard sleeve holding the glass top was not taped over and the glass top nearly broke as it slipped out of the sleeve. There was only an unpackaged instruction manual - there was no warranty card or other documents. So either it was packaged that badly at the factory, or it was a return of a product that was (dare I say fraudulently) sold to me as a new product. I've run several heat settings at their respective rates and the microwave seems to be working fine so I'll leave it at that. I'm just a little disappointed that it looks like it's a return.
