I've been biting my nails my whole life, but during quarantine I made it a goal to let my nails grow. Obviously they were so thin and brittle that I had to cover them with something. Tried expensive polishes. I've tried gel polish and gel stickers and they really impressed me, but I had to replace them and sometimes they discolored. I bought this as a last resort and am so glad I did. I've just applied for the second time and they look amazing! The first time I made them I was drinking so they were a bit dirty so I took them off after a week. I know you should soak them but I ripped them off and damaged my nails. I won't do it again.
