Works as intended. There is no on or off switch, just plug it in and it's on. Suitable for quick disconnect wires on Battery Tender or Battery Minder cables connected to the battery under test. Displays the voltage in digits with one digit to the right of the decimal point (e.g. 12.7V) and one of the small indicators to the right of the LCD will light up. Green = Greater than 12.0V, Yellow = 11.6 to 12.0V and Red = Less than 11.6V. The display voltage range is 3 to 16 volts. The one I received looked exactly like the one pictured above (dated 06/01/15). Measurements: 2" + 7/8" long, 1" wide, 1/2" thick. the size of a lighter. The packaging says it is for wet, gel and AGM 12v batteries but NOT for use with lithium batteries.
