I have to admit that I was skeptical that it really worked. The pressure in our upstairs showers isn't anywhere near as good as in the basement, so I thought hey, I'll give it a try. It was easy to install and included a bracket to attach the shower head. After installing it, I turned it on and it seemed to me that it was a hard mist rather than a pressurized spray. After my first shower I have to say it was more pressure than I thought it would be and I felt really fresh and clean like there was no more soapy film on me. I was also concerned about the "scent" but it's not that strong and didn't sting my eyes when washing my face.
