Bought for my daughter who is almost 5 years old. I bought size 4 because it is very slim and fits great. The top is like cotton material and the bottom is like tutu material. The color is exactly what I saw before buying. The price is worthy. my daughter loves it I really don't know if the stars stay on the dress after washing.
