Easy to take out muffins but a bit flexible

Hi guys I bought this muffin pan because it had great reviews, it was a good price and I wanted to try my new low price. Carbohydrate muffins inside. The good news first: 1. They really do pop cupcakes with ease! Now remember that I spritzed the pan bowl parts with coconut oil, that definitely helped. Very easy to clean, after use I just held the pan under hot water, used dish soap and washed - nothing was sticking to the pan so nothing could be scraped off. Again, I recommend basting the cups before using or adding some oil to the bottom (I'm low carb so I actually use oil/coconut oil, but what you want to use is up to you). They cooked my low carb muffins really well which is really important! Cons: They splatter a little in the pan, meaning when you pour the batter into the cups, which of course becomes runny. You have to be careful when you take the pan to put it in the oven. He can pounce on you. What I did was place the pan under the pan BEFORE putting it in the oven and after about 20 minutes I opened the oven and pulled the pan out from under the pan, wearing oven mitts. That way, even if the pan tips over, the cupcakes are secure enough (i.e. not runny) to survive a bit of turbulence :-) To be honest, that's the only reason I'm deducting a star, because I want the pan a little bit stronger. Otherwise? Great dining experience for me and delicious muffins!
