Firstly, if your Apple Pencil is a second generation model, you will need to remove the grip when you are finished using the stylus in order to clip it to the edge of your iPad for charging or storage. Then put on a pen each time you want to use a pencil. The seller is very honest about this and tries to let us know in the product description and getting started documents that come with the product. The seller should be commended for pointing this out, so we're not surprised by that. Many people don't find this an inconvenience, or they enjoy using this pen case so much that they don't mind putting it on and taking it off every time. However, for me the inconvenience is more than the value I get from using this item. Secondly, once you pick up the Apple Pencil 2, you cannot connect it to your iPad. So make sure you do this before attaching the grip or your iPad will not recognize your Apple Pencil 2. The pen area is very small and I would need a longer version for convenience. This won't be a problem for you if your hands are medium or below average, but might be if your hands are above average. Fourth, the price of this item is too high for what you get. - a molded part made of silicone-like material, the production of which must not cost more than 25 cents.
