Better than described. I was concerned that my Keto "dough” would stick to this, I used NO oil or parchment paper and it came out of the pan perfect. Size wise it would even be great for hoagies. These pans are a nice heavier weight and good quality.
- Nice weight and very well-made. Nice nonstick surface. Made great hot dog buns.
- Not eco-friendly, adds to waste and single-use culture
