We paid full price for two new stools. Used stools sell for a much lower price, but we wanted a new product guarantee. what did we get One stool was loosely packed, with no inner packaging, and Styrofoam fragments were scattered throughout the box. The fittings were packed in a bag that used to be used for felt gliders - see photo. We examined it and it looked fine, so we assembled it. The second stool was well packaged but without hardware. We didn't receive a 'Contact Seller' link with this order, so we ended up buying the gear ourselves. During assembly we found that a screw hole had been torn out, but put the stool back together anyway. However, the stools are cute and light. The legs have leveling feet to keep them from wobbling. You deserve a star because of a bad buying experience.
