I like that they were very professional when it came time to create my site! They did some research on me as well which was nice because there wasn't much information available about who could do this type of work. The project took longer then expected due to complications during construction (which isn't really anyone's fault). However, once everything went smoothly things moved along quickly after that point. It would be great if they had an option where people didn't need to pay upfront before anything started being done - however, most companies don't allow that. Make sure your expectations match up with reality here. My business needed help creating/improving its brand image. Also, having someone else build something will give you peace of mind knowing that you've taken care of all aspects of building a new product.
