Review on 🌟 TheBalm Honey Hued Luminizer Highlighter: Travel-Size Glow on the Go by Brandy Powell

I had to scrape off a thin layer on top to see the pigmentation, at first I thought it was nothing good and was very disappointed. After that, a beautiful pigmentation appears. I'm so glad I did because now I LOVE it! Worth the money and will buy from this brand again. I have light olive dry skin. Doesn't overwhelm me and creates a nice glow. * Does not emit a "blinding" glare. It is very similar to the Becca Moonstone Highlighter. For verification I am attaching a photo of me in natural sunlight with the highlighter and you can see that it gives off a natural but noticeable shine.
