I have collected records over the years and own all types of turntables including Crosley, Technics, GE vintage and new turntables. I understand that this is not intended for the top player. But straight off the bat, brand new out of the box, the top cap is very thin and brittle, the tonearm is very thin and everywhere, on new or old records, the needle feels like a button going into a piece of plastic. definitely not satisfied with Victrola or their products. This will be my first and last. SAVE your money and pass it on, regardless of the cost. Vitrola should know better why you can no longer build with pride and quality.
