I have a JKU 08 and thought I needed upgrades based on the reviews. Turns out I only needed 1 for the front driver's side. I marked the wires to go through the floor plugs. I drilled a hole big enough for the wire to go through. I will fill any small gaps with masking tape or hot glue. I left the control box in the car under the passenger seat and routed the power wires back through the floor plug behind the fender to the battery. These are tri-colored pods, so they will never be a true white or yellow color if that's what you're looking for. You can mix colors and the capsules will produce multiple colors at the same time, as shown in one of the photos. Otherwise the colors will be bright. So far I have only installed 4 of the 8 modules. This is afternoon work. I also only used zip ties to hold the sleeves in place as it was a problem getting behind the fender with the screws provided. Plan before installing to stay organized and not pull your hair out. Will be updated as winter approaches.
