The package contains an "enhanced wired toggle button" that can be used to switch between two computers; However, the connection between the cable and the button is VERY loose and often loose, making it difficult to use without playing with the angle and wiggling it back and forth when the button is pressed. It's like the switch doesn't recognize that the cable is plugged in. This is very frustrating when trying to switch between computers quickly. It would be better if there was a programmable "hotkey" so you could switch between machines without taking your hands off the keyboard. I may send that back and choose another KVM switch that uses "hotkeys" because this one is proving to be quite annoying.
