Review on 💼 Lenovo ThinkCentre M720e SFF Intel Hexa Core i5-9400: 6 Cores, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro - Business Desktop Solution by Michael Dixon

I have purchased many OEMGENUINE quality systems from Revain so I was very surprised and disappointed to receive a defective item this week. I always open the case first to install my own professional SSD. This has never been an issue with at least a dozen other purchases I've made. When I opened the case, I saw that the optical drive was not connected at all. I fixed it easily enough. I then installed my SSD, removed the activated SSD and then continued. Then I turned on the computer for the first time and found that the motherboard had not been programmed with a machine serial number, model or type. Then I booted into Windows and found that it wouldn't activate. Then I tried downloading the latest BIOS update and applied it successfully. I was able to update my serial number, machine type, and model number, but that didn't fix my Windows 10 activation issue. I could have purchased a new product key, but it had to be included with that new purchase. I could call OEMGENUINE or Revain support, but to be honest I don't feel like I have to jump through that many hurdles to get a new PC up and running. I removed my own update, reinserted the included SSD, and repacked everything. I'll send it back tomorrow. I hope that the replacement will be a much better system that is ready to use out of the box.
