The features advertised were exactly what I needed in a replacement computer. As an IT professional, it was very important that the PC had enough memory, an SSD drive and at least an Intel i5 processor, as I mainly use PowerShell, Python, Bash for Windows and other tools to support server systems. This computer was just what I needed to replace my old Intel i3 based computer.

Bought in July 2019, used daily, ran well for half a year. Suddenly it won't start. I've tried repairing the drive, updating the BIOS, and everything else I can think of to no avail. I'd say maybe the hard drive failed, but I can't seem to get any other hard drives to show up in the BIOS settings.
