This is a gift for an 8 year old boy. His uncle taught him how to throw real axes and knives at a wooden target last summer, and he told his mother all he wanted for Christmas was ax throwing. This satisfies him until winter is over and he can return to the present. Good price and great success. The target is pretty weak, but if you hang it on a strong nail with a wall behind it, it works pretty well.
