Review on 💻 Dell ST2210 21.5" Discontinued Manufacturer: High-Resolution Monitor with 1920x1080 Display by Joel Tundulawessa

A blinking lock appeared on the screen 21 months after purchase and despite numerous suggestions I have not been able to fix it despite great effort or research online. The flashing padlock is a known issue that has existed for at least 3 years. Type "flashing padlock" into Google to confirm. I think this is purely a hardware and not a software issue, it may be related to the switch settings on the edge of the device. Today the monitor turned off completely. Of course, this is beyond the scope of the 1-year limited hardware warranty. If you only expect a year from a good desktop display, this device will do. If you think it should last longer than a year, look elsewhere.
