It has only been a few days but it has been a hit with my two dogs, one is 25lbs and the other 33lbs, they are very comfortable in it. Looks very high quality and comes with a case. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it doesn't quite fit in the seat of my 2014 Subaru Forester, it dangles a bit. I'm going to get a headrest, an adjustable harness, an elastic dog sled and use those instead of the ones attached to this pet booster, they just don't feel safe enough. Overall we are very happy with this car seat.
