I don't know how long they will last but they work great!

Multiple settings, works great, charges during the day and turns on at dusk. I hope they continue to hold up! I bought 3 sets (two in each box, 6 strings each) and placed the charger in my planter that faced the sun. Update: On cloudy/rainy days, the charge lasts until around midnight. On sunny days I'm not sure when they turn off, but I can see that one or two of them are still dimly lit when I get up at 5:00am. It's perfect for me because I really only care about the evening. I live in Southern California so I get a lot of sun.
