I ordered six sets of these lights for my new garage. The devices were well packaged in a sturdy box that I used for storage. Two lightbulbs didn't work. I contacted the seller and told him two lightbulbs weren't working. I got a message back within an hour. Two new lamps were delivered to me three days later. They aren't as bright as some similar lamps but I found that out when I ordered them. When searching, be sure to compare lumens. The light, not the one I have in my studio, is too bright. I could have used one instead of the two I bought. These lights screw in like a regular light bulb. Make sure there is enough space to spread your wings.
