IT HAS NOT LASTED A YEAR. complete nonsense

everything was fine for a few months, then the temperature measurement went well ahead. 140 degrees when it was clearly barely 90. Then this thing started making crazy noises. now it costs almost nothing, the water pressure is also complete rubbish. For $90 it's better to buy something else. Do not buy this item if you don't want to waste your money! if every second shower head lasts more than 20 years. This one did it in less than 1 year. Update: After leaving it for just a few weeks it started working again, then the temporary sleeve popped out while I was in the shower and hit the back of my head. Seeing how it was completely destroyed at this point, I decided to do some research to find out why this thing had failed. Apparently the sealing glue used to cover the electronics on this thing becomes very weak and brittle when exposed to HEAT. I mean what the heck do engineers think when they use a HEAT SENSITIVE sealant! he gets HOT OF HOT WATER for Christ's sake. So if you like hot showers, you will probably destroy this thing. When the sealant is exposed to heat, it breaks down, cracks, and then lets water through, which in turn increases the force between the cracks, and the next time you're under a hot water shower, it keeps making the cracks bigger and bigger as you get a crack in the back of the head when shot at full miss. The proof of this is that if you use a heat gun on electronics sealant for a few seconds to around 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit, you can feel the sealant, it's SOFT. not as soft as hot glue but very soft. so generally COOL MADE. Don't waste your money

Pros
  • nice
Cons
  • good, but not great
