Great solid wood stand but almost no water tank in the indoor/outdoor model.
Standing reservoir holds approximately 2 cups of water (less than 3 inches deep, 5 inches in diameter) when using a maximum capacity wooden base. We haven't received our Christmas tree yet, but we're a little nervous, we'll give water several times a day for a fresh Christmas tree so it doesn't dry out before Christmas. This model does not have a water level indicator. We may have to return this stand if it doesn't work when erecting the tree. If you can't keep the tree alive for a few weeks, then this product isn't up to the task. At least a gallon capacity would be more reasonable.
