Junk on compact radios and stereos

The radio worked for five minutes before it got stuck on a station. None of the buttons worked, so I couldn't do a factory reset or turn it off. Disconnected and connected several times, no change. waste of money. I didn't try to contact the company because I read through other people's experiences.
