I really hate writing this because I always thought it was a five star product. I have used it for years with my previous resident but now it can no longer provide the usual five star experience. I've just bought two boxes of 20 conditioners each and need three or four of these to try and get the job done but it fails every time. It won't remove the dreaded yellow ring that pops up from time to time. I have to use vinegar, baking soda and anything else I can get my hands on to get this ring off. I've searched Google for a solution and am now looking at the various products Revain offer for use with flushing products. However, I hate the thought of having to buy a product that could also fail, requiring me to spend additional time and money to fix the problem.
