This is a reliable and accurate meter. Note that it is displayed in metric Celsius/C. The signal lamp lights up at 100°C. It was easy. Temperature sensor 1/4 NPT. If using Teflon tape, DO NOT wrap it around the end of the probe. Be careful during installation as the electrical connection bolt on the sensor is easily damaged. This is not a defect in the product, but simply due to the design. When installing, be sure to use a bushing that is deep enough so that there is no pressure on this stud during installation. The supplied cable is only a few centimeters long, so you will need additional cables for the sensor and/or the electrical connection. There are three wires: black (-) and red (+) for power and green sensor wire
