Quite a bit I just flushed my money down the toilet on this product. No warm feeling from it when applied to knees, the label doesn't list the percentage of L-Arginine it contains so I may only know a small trace of L-Arginine for them to say it's there is. Odor. Well, you might think that I lit my mosquito candles because it smells pretty strong.
