Not a bad purchase, worth the money.
With its pros: Soft. Silent. Light. Wear resistant. Wet asphalt and puddles keeps confidently. Cons: Weak side. Can get cut easily. If the sidewall with a cut of more than 5 cm, you can safely throw it away. Does not like extreme heat when it is over 35 degrees outside. It overheats quite a lot.
