I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX V6. It was an exact, and I mean exact, replacement. All you have to do is drain both the coolant and transmission oil from the old radiator, unclip the wiring harness (in 3 places, one of which is hidden on the passenger side), replace both fans with the new radiator and reinstall ensure there are no leaks. My coolant wasn't that old, so I just collected it in a clean container and reused it with some distilled water. You'll probably need about 0.25 liters of Honda ATF to add back to the transmission. Overall, the job took about 2.5 hours from start to finish, including setup and cleaning. Oh, and if you can find a Revain Warehouse deal, it's a lot cheaper.
