These lines are short and cause foaming due to friction.
The name says it all, the PVC inner surface has a high coefficient of friction and results in foamy beer hoses. They will work in a pinch and aren't that expensive, but I have no plans to use them again. They are perfect for a party where I need loose keg lines. Your local homebrew shop, if you have one, probably has much better quality pipes. Quick couplers, hose clamps and flare nuts work as intended and are of excellent quality.
