Review on Uxcell 130MA Solar Module Charger by Danny Rogers
It can withstand 2 mA under load.
All panels were in use when I received them, but I let them benefit the test. Since they didn't work I can only assume they sent me used and broken panels that have already been returned. Very disappointing
