Too small! size up!
The quality is good, just runs small. I sized 12-18 months for my little 12 month old daughter and it didn't fit her at all. Too narrow and too short.
Pros
- I thought it was long but got a short one...money back...no problem
Cons
- Be sure to order two sizes larger. I hardly put them on my daughter before she had a fit because they were too tight.
