I spend most of my time in the kitchen with this Prep Taxi in my left hand. and an 8" Victorinox Fibrox Pro chef's knife in my right hand. I've solved the wedding gift "problem" forever. Every new bride and groom receives one of these instruments from us. Lots of rave reviews from newlyweds! At Prep Taxi, groceries are made there kept where they belong: either on a cutting board. or where you will be cutting your food. The handle is just the right size and the sides keep the food inside. It goes in the dishwasher. I've owned one of these for at least ten years. Everyone who has seen it wants it and like most good things, it sells itself.
