The cases featured on the mac store ranged from $50 to $60 and all of the reviews for the "high end" cases complain of breaking within months of use. So at $18 (price I bought Kuzy for) it's a steal. However, the product is definitely CHEAP! First, it looks worn right out of the package. There are stress marks on all of the corners right from the warehouse. Second, it doesn't really fit. If you put the bottom piece on back first the front does not clip. If you put the front first the back does not clip. I managed to attach the bottom so that the front is on and the back is on but not fully clipped. The case is secure and only looks unattached at very close inspection. I think the case will do its job of protecting my mac from dings and scratches, but it already looks like I'll be buying a replacement soon.
