I bought these to fit in the bottom of the Koodee 20 jar I recently bought. There is a small indentation at the bottom of the glass. I figured a silicone rubber washer would fit in that notch on the bottom. In fact, the disk is larger than the indentation but smaller than the overall bottom of the glass. When you glue a disk to the bottom of a glass, the indentation comes into play. That is, the rubber washer "feels" like it's going into a depression. Cudi certainly had his reasons, but it seems to me that the notch isn't necessary for the toggle switch to work. After the disc is glued, there will be a gap of about 3/16 inch between the edge of the silicone rubber disc and the edge of the glass. The bottom of the cup is already narrow, and the smaller disc further reduces the area of contact with the surface. How this affects the balance of the toggle switch on non-level surfaces remains to be seen, otherwise I'm sure it will work as advertised.
