I received this unit as a comp to test and evaluate. At $20, I'm very impressed with the sound quality and fast Bluetooth. The build quality is there too. I will be using these for Teams conferences. I will update if anything changes. Since this company is willing to ship comp devices with tracking, the customer support is excellent! Updated - 05/26/2021. The Teams meeting device connected to my laptop wasn't working as expected. The audio is slightly muffled but even more so when I speak it was difficult for my team to understand me properly - very muffled. I would give 3 stars here, but 4 stars with customer service. Update 05/27/2021The device is no longer worth the effort. The right side failed during a conference call. I had to reconnect (during a conference call and then my voice was again heard as muffled. I will go to this device for another task, maybe just blue tooth headphones. I would give it ONE star but the customer service is still above average.
