If you know what you're doing

I'd say if you have a steady hand, a lot of patience, or you know what you're doing, that's great. If you don't have any of these, they can be extremely difficult to use. I thought I'd give them a try because I thought I knew the general idea for them, but the app just isn't easy. I'd say it's worth a try for a "light cleaning", but a steady hand and some nail polish remover works just as well, if not better. The quality for the price is good and the quantity for the price is good too. That's all.
