I'm a fairly healthy person. I lift weights 5 days a week, walk a few times a day, sleep 8 hours a day, and eat a pretty solid diet. Region or other.Beet powder is one such additive. A family history of blood pressure problems is an important target for me for supplementation. Look at the turnips! I'm trying to improve my performance in the gym. Look for turnips! I want to increase my productivity in the bedroom. Look for turnips! Beets are also great for digestion and a variety of other things, so they're a great addition to your diet. The supplements obviously help me get the amount I want without having to eat multiple servings of raw beets each day. And this particular beetroot supplement is great. If you take a daily shake, I would look at the powder form. Potentially cheaper. But if you need an easily accessible source, or maybe you don't like the taste of beets, or don't want to drink a smoothie every day, or want to avoid the powder formula for some other reason, the pills here are fantastic. And the fact that they contain black pepper is an especially great addition. I definitely recommend you try it out and see if it gives you the same results as me.
