So we bought this light switch cover for our baby's room because we needed a night light that wouldn't turn off and then turn on again, or a battery operated night light. It seemed perfect! It's really well made and the light sensor works great! I also like that there is a dimmer switch. The man said it was very easy to install. Installs mostly in seconds. I'm a little pricey, but not that bad. All in all it's great! Except. Next to. except it does NOT work in her room because the room's only light switch controls the ceiling fan, and since we leave the fan on all night, the switch flips to the "on" position. What they don't tell you is that the night light only works when the switch is off. So now we have to choose between a ceiling fan and a night light every night. She sleeps in a room with a fan all her life, so she sleeps better with noise and moving air. It would be a five star rating if I bought it for a different switch or if the seller said it wouldn't work with ceiling fans and I just left it out in the product description (I've done that before) . We will use it in the hallway and keep looking for a better solution.
