I have a chubby Pomeranian, she's a bit overweight 😅 not by choice but my parents spoil her and feed her everything. stretch out and sleep on her side. Enough space to sit 😊 very satisfied. She even uses it to sleep when I'm not at home. I think it's convenient for them to have a safe place when I'm not at home. So far it's solid and of good quality. Determine the right price for this bag. I bought her because she was having surgery and it was easier for her to take her outside without physically touching her surgical area. I also like to use it on travel days but until then I'll occasionally use it for doctor appointments and then update my experience with it 😊 Great for a small dog up to 10lbs. Or cats or small dogs in general. I'm not familiar with scratch protection as my dog won't do it with any carrier I put him in. But I've seen the handles break on other bags because they're so heavy. So until then this bag was perfect 👌 😊
